Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Remaining vigilant, reporting incidents promptly, and helping to prevent disruption.
  • Delivering a range of mobile security services, including lock and unlock duties, internal and external patrols, alarm responses, vacant property inspections, and escort services.
  • Completing vehicle handovers and checks at the start and end of each shift, ensuring company vehicles and equipment are secure and well maintained.
  • Following agreed escalation procedures for incidents, break-ins, health and safety concerns, and road traffic accidents (RTAs).
  • Escalating incidents, risks, breakdowns, and RTAs to the Team Leader, reporting all RTAs in line with company policy.
  • Maintaining a professional, respectful, and helpful approach when engaging with clients, colleagues, and members of the public.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • A valid SIA licence.
  • Full UK Clean Manual Driving License.
  • Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
  • The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
  • Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
