As a Crane Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in directing and supervising lifting operations with a keen focus on safety and quality. Your responsibilities will include:

• Directing and supervising lifting operations in accordance with Method Statements.
• Interpreting Risk Assessments and associated drawings.
• Providing clear instructions to the lift team.
• Assessing and halting operations if necessary, referring to the Appointed Person.
• Adhering to BS7121 parts 1 and 3 standards.
• Continuously seeking improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

• Valid CPCS A62 Crane Supervisor (Blue Card)
• Previous experience in Crane Supervisor and Appointed Person roles.
• Ability to produce Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Strong knowledge of BS7121 parts 1 & 3.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Confident decision-maker with the ability to challenge senior staff when necessary.
