Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a Residential Care Worker to join our team in the UK. This full-time role is 40 hours per week, including weekends, with a salary of £32,240 per annum plus up to £8,460 per year for sleep-ins (dependent on the number completed).
You will support young people in a safe, nurturing home environment, helping them build confidence, independence, and essential life skills. Opportunities for progression and training are available.
