Senior AI​/ML Engineer

Our client is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative team focused on pushing the boundaries of applied artificial intelligence and large-scale model optimization.

• Lead initiatives involving fine-tuning or distillation of large-scale models for specialized tasks
• Design, build, and optimize multi-agent architectures (e.g., Lang Graph, Auto Gen, crew
  
  AI) to enable distributed AI functionality
• Develop and implement multimodal systems integrating text, image, and audio inputs
• Contribute to AI-first features that incorporate feedback loops, human-in-the-loop systems, or adaptive behaviors
• Engage with research and open-source communities through publications or contributions to leading AI projects

• Senior-level experience with a proven track record in AI/ML model development and deployment
• Strong programming skills in Python with experience using frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
• Advanced knowledge in Deep Learning, NLP, and LLM fine-tuning, including hands‑on work with Hugging Face Transformers
• Demonstrated experience deploying LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral) into large‑scale production environments
• Proficiency with cloud and MLOps tools (AWS, Azure, GCP, MLflow, Kubeflow, containerization)
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and data engineering principles
• Strong knowledge of orchestration tools such as Lang Chain, Llama Index, and experience with agent‑based systems
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently on complex technical challenges
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
