Trainee Junior Project Manager Placement Programme

The programme is a structured training and placement path for individuals entering the project management sector.

Step 1 – APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ)

Complete the APM PFQ, a 20‑hour online course with a 1‑hour multiple‑choice exam, and gain professional foundational knowledge.

Step 2 – PRINCE2 Foundation

Learn the PRINCE2 methodology through a 15‑20 hour online course with a 1‑hour exam.
Gain process‑driven project management skills.
Access online revision workshops.

Step 3 – Project Management Simulation

Participate in an online simulated project assignment mirroring real‑world scenarios.
Receive graded feedback and a completion certificate.

Step 4 – Recruitment Support

After qualification, receive tailored recruitment support to secure a first entry‑level project manager role.
Support includes CV review, interview preparation, job application assistance, and mock interviews.
