- Supervise our global network of Tennis Data Collectors who gather our data directly from the venue at WTA events to deliver a high‑quality product.
- Conduct official data collection duties onsite at WTA events to the highest standard.
- Deliver and implement consistent training procedures that maintain a high‑quality network.
- Operational responsibility for the planning and delivery of all WTA events as per the annual schedule and delivering to KPIs.
- Ensure our operational coverage targets are met and delivered to budget.
- Participate in software testing and additional projects where required.
- Focus on cost efficiency within your network delivering coverage in the most optimal way.
- Maintain a focus on the well‑being and engagement of yourself and your freelance data collection team under company guidelines.
- Support our wider Fast Data Operations teams and sports collection where required.
- Good English skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of tennis.
- Ability to engage and motivate a diverse global team.
- Results driven.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to travel on an ongoing basis.
- Experience in training people.
- Experience in supervising people.
- Data collection experience.
- Knowledge of other sports (e.g., Soccer).
- Proven ability to grasp diverse and often complex legal and regulatory scenarios across different geographies and sports.
