Overview
Embedded Software Engineer - Hybrid – Contract - £500 a day outside.
We’re looking for a Embedded Software Engineer to join a consultancy team. You’ll work across a broad range of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality embedded solutions for our clients.
Qualifications- 3+ years of software development experience
- Medical Device Experience
- Strong embedded programming skills in C/C++
- Familiarity with embedded systems (e.g., STM
32, CubeMX) - Experience with embedded OSs such as FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or Embassy
- Solid understanding of communication protocols: I2C, UART, SPI, Bluetooth LE
- GUI development with Qt, TouchGFX, Crank
- Familiarity with tools like Git, Jira, Confluence
- Ability to work across the full tech stack, from hardware to UI
