Driver Hire is recruiting on behalf of a well‑established fuel distribution business for an experienced Depot Manager to lead operations across their Aberdeen and Mintlaw depots. This is a hands‑on, office‑based management role with full responsibility for day‑to‑day depot performance, compliance, and team leadership.

• Managing depot operations, stock control & productivity
• Overseeing delivery routing & logistics efficiency
• Ensuring full H&S, environmental & regulatory compliance
• Leading, motivating & managing depot staff
• Auditing performance and driving continuous improvement

• Experience in the fuel industry or depot / operations management
• Strong logistics & supply chain knowledge
• Excellent problem‑solving & decision‑making skills
• Confident communicator with strong leadership ability
• Familiar with inventory & logistics software

• 40,000 salary
• Company car & fuel card
• Working week – Mon – Fri's
