As a Warehouse Operative based in Altens
, you’ll be responsible for:

• General warehouse duties including picking & packing customer orders, unpacking and putting away deliveries involves manual handling of heavy items e.g. boilers, sinks, radiators, and toilets and ensuring high standards are maintained in the branch.
• Assisting customers at the trade counter by identifying their requirements and providing product recommendations.
• Dealing with customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.

This is a full time, permanent role working 42.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday between 08:00am and 17:00pm and on a rota basis, working 1 in 4 Saturdays 9:00am- 13:00pm.

• Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, including the completion of necessary training
• Previous face to face sales and customer service experience.
