South Liverpool Pay: £15.71 per hour Job Type: Full-Time | Temp to Perm
Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:30pm 11:00pm (Weekends as Required) About the Role Provision Resource is recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy distribution operation in South Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Leader or Supervisor looking to progress into a long-term position with a well-established business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the afternoon shift, ensuring operational targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and motivate the PM warehouse team to achieve daily operational KPIs. Ensure all customer orders are picked, packed and despatched accurately and on time. Monitor and manage returns, replenishment and stock movement. Allocate workloads and monitor team performance throughout the shift. Support the Warehouse Manager in driving productivity and continuous improvement. Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping across the warehouse. Investigate and resolve operational issues as they arise. Provide coaching, support and direction to warehouse operatives. What We're Looking For Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader role. Experience working within a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment. Strong leadership and people management skills. Ability to monitor KPIs and drive team performance.
Excellent organisational and communication skills. A proactive approach with the ability to make decisions under pressure. Good IT skills and experience using warehouse management systems is desirable. What's on Offer £15.71 per hour. Monday to Friday working pattern. Temp to perm opportunity. Immediate start available.
