• Manage the operations workflow daily, weekly, and monthly
• Ensure the office is scheduled with confirmed patience
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels
• Ensure smooth patient flow and maintain a kid-friendly environment
• Develop, coach, and inspire other team members to grow

• Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience
• Minimum of 3 years dental experience
• Working knowledge of clinical operations
• Proficiency in dental software (Denticon highly preferred) and Microsoft Office
• Payroll processing experience is a plus
• Exceptional organization skills

• 8+-hour shifts
• Occasional Saturday work
• Occasional travel to surrounding offices as needed
• Daytime hours – No nights
• Availability to respond to patient issues outside normal work hours (within reason)
• Some Saturday work as needed
