- Manage the operations workflow daily, weekly, and monthly
- Ensure the office is scheduled with confirmed patience
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels
- Ensure smooth patient flow and maintain a kid-friendly environment
- Develop, coach, and inspire other team members to grow
- Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience
- Minimum of 3 years dental experience
- Working knowledge of clinical operations
- Proficiency in dental software (Denticon highly preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Payroll processing experience is a plus
- Exceptional organization skills

- Ensuring the office is scheduled with confirmed patients

- Ensuring smooth patient flow and a kid-friendly environment
- Develop, coach, and inspire other team members to grow
- 8+-hour shifts
- Occasional Saturday work
- Occasional travel to surrounding offices as needed
- Daytime hours – No nights
- Availability to respond to patient issues outside normal work hours (within reason)
- Some Saturday work as needed
