Family Practice Physician – Aberdeen, WA

• Location: Aberdeen, WA
• Start Date: 11/02/2026
• End Date: 02/01/2027
• Shift: Day, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
• Hours per Week: 40 hours
• Employment Type: Contract
• License/Certs: Active WA license, DEA, BLS/ACLS (discussed upon credentialing)
• Experience: Open to new grads MDs; must have a clean background

• Hourly Rate: $125.97

• Provide outpatient primary care services to a diverse patient population, from newborns togeriatrics.
• Manage chronic conditions, perform basic procedures such as injections, IUD placement, minor wound care.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team including medical assistants, mental health therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Support walk-in and acute care needs in a community health setting.
• Use EPIC EMR system to document and coordinate patient care.
• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, high-volume environment with up to 21 patients per day.
• Contribute to community health initiatives serving migrants and refugees, utilizing interpretative services (bilingual skills a plus).

Required:

• Active Washington medical license and DEA
• Board certification in Family Practice
• Proven ability to start patient care within 3 days after orientation
• Experience in outpatient or community health settings (new grads considered)
• Ability to work well with diverse patient populations

Preferred:

• Bilingual in Spanish or Russian
• Interest or experience working with vulnerable populations
