• Schedule:
  
  Full-time (hours may vary by facility)

• Active Occupational Therapist License (Washington)
• BLS certification (required)
• SNF experience highly preferred
• Rehab Optima experience preferred
• Must meet pre-employment credentialing requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.)

• Assess patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and home programs
• Adhere to facility, state, and federal care standards
