We’re seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in Aberdeen, Washington
. This position is ideal for a therapist who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about helping patients regain independence.
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Contract Length: 13 weeks (or per facility need)
Schedule: Full-time (hours may vary by facility)
RequirementsActive Occupational Therapist License (Washington)
BLS certification (required)
SNF experience highly preferred
Rehab Optima experience preferred
Must meet pre-employment credentialing requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.)
ResponsibilitiesAssess patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy to improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and home programs
Adhere to facility, state, and federal care standards
