- Assist residents with therapy treatments and rehabilitation programs
- Help residents improve mobility, strength, and independence
- Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the therapy team
- Educate residents on exercises and recovery techniques
- Support individualized therapy goals and treatment plans
- Help create positive rehabilitation outcomes for residents
- Associate degree from a Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Washington PTA license in good standing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passion for helping residents improve their quality of life
