• Must be 18+ years old.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time.
• Satisfy criminal history and reference check.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills.
