: $71 - $76/hr

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a locum tenens assignment in Aberdeen, Washington. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.

• Provide full-time outpatient ambulatory care services in a Community Health Center setting (Monday–Friday, 8a–5p, 40 hrs/week)
• See up to 18 patients per day in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Care for a diverse patient population spanning newborns to geriatrics, with emphasis on pediatric experience
• Deliver family medicine services including walk-in/acute care and chronic disease management
• Perform basic procedures including injections, IUD placement, and minor wound care
• Manage same-day walk-in patients as needed
• Serve a community health population including migrants and refugees, utilizing on-site interpretive services as needed
• Collaborate with a dedicated medical assistant, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, and on-site pediatrician
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for all clinical documentation
• Be prepared to begin direct patient care by day 3 following a one-week on-site orientation and ramp-up period
• Maintain active Washington State license and active Washington State DEA
• Maintain current Board Certification
• Obtain and maintain required certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS) as determined during credentialing
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience (for NP positions)
• Must have a clean background with no malpractice history
• Must be COVID and flu vaccinated
• Spanish or Russian language skills are a plus
