MERCHANDISERS NEEDED - OPEN TO 1099 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS ONLY

This is NOT full-time and is NOT part-time. All merchandisers are on an as-needed basis. Most work is project-based, typically taking about 1 hour to complete; longer time may be required for resets or other jobs in the store.

Merchandisers who work for SRS (Strategic Retail Solutions) are the heart and soul of our company. They are well-rounded and have experience in all phases of merchandising, including audits, building racks and displays, resets (shelf and pegboard), pull & plugs, POP/POS placement, and planogram implementation and maintenance. They use their friendly, outgoing personalities to build strong store relationships while meeting client needs.

PAYRATES - $15.00 - $18.00. PAY RATE VARIES BY CLIENT, NOT EXPERIENCE

• A self-starter and quick learner who can work independently
• A person who has a strong work ethic
• Tech savvy with experience in taking photos, completing surveys, and uploading to a platform
• Excellent organizational skills
• A strong and effective communicator with problem-solving skills
• Flexible schedule
• Understands the importance of meeting the client’s directives before the deadline

• Must have an Android or iPhone, internet access, and know how to access Google from your phone
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Planograms: 1 year experience; you must understand how to read and implement planograms
• Merchandising: 1 year
• Resets: 1 year
• Speak and read English
• Must have access to a printer when needed
• Must have reliable transportation
• Valid, NON-expired Driver's License required
• Able to travel within the assigned region (up to 15 miles)

• Bending, crouching, kneeling, twisting, repetitive hand movements, extending arms upward and downward, walking and, in some circumstances, standing for long periods
• Lifting and/or transporting boxes up to 10 lbs.

DISCLAIMER This should NOT be considered full-time work and should NOT be considered part-time work. In most circumstances, this work should be considered gig work. Like some other merchandising companies, we may not always have work readily available in your immediate area.
