Base pay range: $300.00/yr - $700.00/yr

• Code Quality: Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Testing & Debugging: Conduct software analysis, unit testing, and system-level testing to debug and resolve technical issues and ensure code quality.
• Collaboration: Work with stakeholders, project managers, and other developers to understand user requirements and align applications with business goals.
• Integration: Integrate applications with third-party APIs and external systems to enhance functionality.
• Database Management: Implement and manage data storage solutions like relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Postgre
  
  SQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Participate in all stages of the SDLC, from analysis to deployment and maintenance, often within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance, implement caching mechanisms, and ensure scalability and reliability.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed construction and user documentation.

• Strong programming skills in Java and its core libraries.
• Proficiency with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Experience with relational databases and ORM (Object-Relational Mapping) tools.
• Understanding of RESTful API development.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
