Temporary Office Administrator - Ellon
KBM are delighted to be recruiting for a Temporary Office Administrator to join a well-known oil & gas company based in Ellon, for up to 6 months.
Key Responsibilities- Handling Incoming/Outgoing Calls and Emails.
- Data Entry & Record Management.
- Documentation & Reporting.
- Meeting & Logistics Support.
- Experience using D365 and MS Office (particularly Word & Excel).
- Great Attention to Detail.
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
- Proactive and a quick learner
