Site Manager

We are recruiting for highly motivated Site Managers to join our busy construction site management team and help deliver continued growth across The Springfield Group. These are full-time positions in the Aberdeenshire area to be based at our site in Turriff.

About the Role

Reporting to our Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Springfield product is constructed in a safe and diligent manner, to the highest standard, on time, and within budget. You will do this by managing and co-ordinating site labour, sub-contractors, material suppliers and utility providers. You will also promote a pro-active health, safety and environmental culture, highlighting areas for continual improvement.

About You

The successful candidates will:

· Have experience as a Site Manager, working to an established build programme, delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.

· Have a sound knowledge of house building, construction processes and relevant legislation.

· Be committed to delivering high quality homes and an excellent customer experience.

· Have excellent communication skills and be confident building positive relationships with colleagues, customers, contractors and other stakeholders.

· Hold a full UK driving license, as travel to our various sites/offices will be required.
