Location: Ellon
apetito UK is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to handle orders by phone or online, working 30 hours per week across 4 in 6 days on a 3-month fixed term contract. The role requires empathy, patience and warmth for our predominantly elderly customers.
You will take orders, make outbound courtesy calls, support drivers with delivery rounds, and maintain customer records while promoting meals and promotions. Competitive hourly rate with bonus and benefits.
