The National Trust for Scotland at Crathes Castle is seeking a friendly Visitor Service Assistant to welcome guests and promote Trust membership while ensuring smooth access to attractions, including the woodland playpark and mini off-roaders.
You will handle bookings, inductions, cash handling and uphold health and safety standards, working with colleagues across departments to deliver a warm, safe and memorable 5-star visitor experience.
