The Role

We are seeking a motivated Reliability Engineer to join our Electronics R&D team. The role focuses on improving product reliability through failure investigation, component qualification, reliability testing, and collaboration with engineering, production, and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate product and component reliability issues and recommend improvements.
Support reliability testing, failure analysis, and component qualification.
Assess component obsolescence and supply risks.
Work with internal teams and external suppliers to improve product and manufacturing reliability.
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to high-reliability design practices.

Essential Requirements

Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience in electronics design, test, or reliability engineering.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills.
Good communication skills and proficiency with standard computer applications.

Desirable

Knowledge of electronic components, PCB manufacturing, and failure mechanisms.

Experience with accelerated life testing, component qualification, or high-temperature electronics.
Familiarity with databases and occasional willingness to travel
