We are looking for Night Care Assistants who are dedicated to making every moment count, regardless of qualifications or experience.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Duration: Permanent
• Schedule: Nights (rotational basis that includes weekends)
• Shift(s): 20:00 - 08:00
• Hourly Rate: £14.00

• To support the care, protection, and wellbeing of all residents, by treating them with respect and dignity, assisting with their protection and promoting their independence.
• Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower residents to achieve personal goals and aspirations. Respect each individual’s uniqueness and support them in making informed choices to live the life they desire, in accordance with person-centred care plans.
• Promote the health and wellbeing of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs are met inclusively. Facilitate social, educational, and recreational activities such as visits with family and friends, walks, and other activities of their choice.
• Ensure the health and safety of all individuals in your care, maintain stock and equipment, and adhere to Parklands policies and procedures.
