NHS Scotland is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Ellon Community Rehab Team based at the Health Centre in Ellon. The post holder will provide full assessment and treatment programmes for patients living in their own homes and offer a priority response to prevent hospital admission and support hospital discharges using a rehab and enablement model.
There is a wide variety of conditions and complex needs.
