Hilton Grand Vacations is looking for a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This position is part‑time, 24 hours per week, based in Ballater, Scotland.

• Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms, vacuum rooms and corridors.
• Change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and maintain trolley daily.
• Handle guest requests promptly and report any missing or damaged items.
• Ensure all equipment is in working condition and dispose of waste responsibly.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and health & safety legislation.
• Assist with lost property procedures and support other departments as needed.

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Committed to delivering high levels of customer service and grooming standards.
• Independent and able to work in teams.
• Flexible, reliable and able to work part‑time hours.
• Previous experience in a similar housekeeping role is advantageous.
