Cluster Manager

You’ll be responsible for leading your own branch as well as up to 5 additional, local branches, and reporting to the Area Manager as well as ensuring all branches within your area deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience while educating our customers on the digital journey.

You’ll also help to grow our brand and undertake well-being visits with colleagues, supporting our customers with their financial needs. Additionally, you’ll be an advocate of our purpose and brand, and you will lead by example in consistently demonstrating our values and behaviours in a fast-paced environment where flexibility is key.
