Full-time, Permanent Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + benefits
A well‑established organisation operating within the oil & gas and marine sector is seeking a proactive Commercial Marketing Lead to drive brand visibility, support business development, and strengthen market positioning across UK and international markets. This is a hands‑on, commercially focused role within a technical, fast‑paced environment supporting offshore operations, marine services, and project delivery.
About the Role
The Commercial Marketing Lead will take ownership of day‑to‑day marketing activity, delivering high‑quality content, campaigns, and collateral that directly support commercial growth. Working closely with senior leadership and operational teams, you'll ensure the company's capabilities are clearly communicated to clients and the wider market.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver marketing activity aligned to oil & gas sector priorities and commercial objectives
Produce high‑quality content including case studies, capability statements, technical marketing materials, and digital content
Support tendering and BD teams with client‑facing collateral
Manage brand consistency across all channels
Lead planning and delivery of industry events, exhibitions, and sponsor ships
Oversee website updates, analytics, and SEO improvements
Manage external agencies and suppliers where required
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sector developments to inform marketing direction
About You
We're looking for a confident, commercially minded marketer with proven experience in the oil & gas industry. You will bring:
Strong understanding of offshore operations, marine services, or energy‑sector project environments
Demonstrable experience in a marketing role within oil & gas or a closely related technical sector
Excellent content creation and storytelling skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Experience with digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms
