Pay: £12.60 per hour

Contract:

16–24 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends. We’re happy to discuss your availability s role includes working on our Post Office Counters.

What you’ll do
  • Friendly and thoughtful service – you’ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co‑op products and Membership, supporting tasks on the post office counter, and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience.
  • Work together to make everyone’s day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
  • Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be.
  • Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural by sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
  • Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events.
