B&Q Bridge of Don is hiring a Shift Lead on a part-time basis. Shifts cover Monday to Sunday, 5am–10pm, 18.75 hours per week with alternate weekend work. The role is a permanent contract with a £14.77 per hour rate and access to a pension and generous holiday allowance.
You will oversee a shift, ensure a safe store environment, support colleagues, and deliver a good customer experience. This is a keyholder position requiring reliability, energy, and judgment to serve customers and maintain store
