Job Description
We are looking for two experienced and motivated social workers to join our Review Manager team at an exciting time of development and change.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a newly strengthened and evolving team with a clear focus on improving outcomes for children and young people. Alongside the core responsibility of independently chairing Child Protection Planning Meetings, Looked After Child Reviews and other statutory review processes, these roles offer significant opportunities to influence practice, drive service improvement and contribute to the ongoing development of Children's Services across Aberdeenshire.
Our Review Managers play a vital role in ensuring that the voices of children and young people remain at the heart of planning and decision-making. They provide independent oversight, promote high-quality practice and support partnership working across agencies to help achieve positive outcomes for children and families.
If you are looking for a role that combines independent reviewing responsibilities with genuine opportunities to influence practice and service development, we would love to hear from you.
