Location: NP7 (easily accessible via local transport routes)
Contract Type: Full Time
Pay: Weekly pay – starting from £172.98 (DOE)

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming and well‑regarded primary school in the NP7 area to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Fully Qualified Teacher (FQT) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their Early Years team from September. This is an excellent opportunity to begin or further your teaching career within a supportive and collaborative school environment.

Responsibilities
  • Full-time Reception Teacher position starting in September
  • Deliver engaging teaching within the EYFS framework
  • Take responsibility for a class within a 2‑form entry setting
  • Work collaboratively with a parallel teacher on planning and delivery
  • Create creative, play‑based learning experiences
  • Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
  • Contribute to a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment

Qualifications
  • QTS or due to qualify
  • Suitable for both FQTs and ECTs
  • Knowledge of, or strong interest in, Early Years education
  • Understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
  • Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive and reflective approach to teaching
  • Understanding of safeguarding and classroom expectations
