Year 3 Teacher Needed in Monmouthshire from September 2026:

A welcoming primary school in Monmouthshire is looking for a Year 3 Teacher to join the team from September 2026.

This role would suit an experienced primary teacher, but the school is also happy to consider a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) looking for their first teaching position. Most importantly, they're looking for someone reliable, enthusiastic and committed to helping children make progress.

You'll take responsibility for a Year 3 class, planning and delivering engaging lessons across the Curriculum for Wales, managing the classroom and supporting pupils with their learning and development.

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Is an experienced teacher or newly qualified teacher (NQT).
• Has a good understanding of the Curriculum for Wales.
• Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Has a calm and consistent approach to classroom management.
• Is registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
• Holds an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or is willing to obtain one.
• Can provide two recent professional references.
