Full Time Level 3 Teaching Assistant Needed!
Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children with additional learning needs / ALN?
Are you confident providing one-to-one support tailored to an individual child's needs?
Do you have a patient, adaptable and positive approach to supporting children in the classroom?
Teacher Active is proud to be working with a mainstream Primary School in Abergavenny, supporting them with their search for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant. The school provides an inclusive learning environment where children with a range of needs are supported to develop their confidence, independence and engagement with learning.
The school is looking to take on a Level 3 Teaching Assistant on a full-time, long-term basis, starting ASAP. The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will work with children on a one-to-one basis, providing individual support for pupils with ALN and helping them access learning and engage successfully within the classroom.
The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will have:- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Experience working with children within a Primary School setting
- Experience supporting children with additional learning needs / ALN
- Experience providing one-to-one support
- A patient and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to help you with the easy onboarding process
- CPD Courses and certificates as part of the My-Progression channel
