Junior Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) £36,000 - £42,000  Overtime OTE 50k  Double Days  Company Bonus Abergavenny Are you an apprentice trained/junior Maintenance Engineer looking to take the next step in your career, where you will be taught PLC fault finding and learn from senior engineers to become fully autonomous? Are you looking to diversify your skill set in a fresh challenge, working on state-of-the-art, modern industrial machinery?

In this double-days based role you will be performing a split of planned and reactive maintenance in a busy industrial environment, working on 3-phase machinery, lasers, PLC controls, hydraulics, drives and related equipment. Founded nearly 70 years ago, this materials processing company are the largest in the UK within their sector, boasting a turnover of £120 million. With a recent investment of £40 million into new machinery, they aim to continue growing on their 40-acre site for years to come.

This role would suit a Maintenance Electrician/Engineer looking to join a large, renowned company who will develop their skills further.

The Role:

Planned and reactive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment Maintaining 3-phase equipment, lasers, drives, sensors, and PLCs Ongoing shadowing to boost your skill set on niche machinery Monday to Friday, 5:30am - 2pm, then 1:30pm - 10pm, rotating weekly Overtime paid at 1.5x, Sunday 2x
