Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is assisting a large industrial site in Abergavenny to recruit a Lead Maintenance Engineer. The role involves overseeing a team of six engineers and delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across a £100 million turnover operation.
You will work on 3-phase machinery including hydraulics, drives and PLC systems. Shifts run 6am–2pm then 2pm–10pm, with overtime paid at 1.5x and Sundays equal opportunities employer welcome applications.
