Ernest Gordon Recruitment is helping a leading UK materials processing group in Abergavenny recruit a Lead Maintenance Engineer. You will oversee a team of 6 engineers on a £100 million turnover site, guiding maintenance of 3-phase machinery, lasers, PLCs, hydraulics and drives.
The role offers a Monday–Friday rotating shift pattern (6am–2pm, then 2pm–10pm) with overtime paid at 1.5x and Sundays will be the go‑to technical expert, driving continuous improvement and staff development.
