Overview

We’re looking for a Fundamental Analyst (German Speaking) to join a growing team focused on delivering high-quality financial data and insights across EMEA markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1+ year of experience or a strong academic background in finance or accounting who is keen to build expertise in financial analysis and reporting standards. You’ll gain hands-on experience analysing company financials and contributing to key data used in global financial products.

What you’ll be doing:

• Research and analyse financial data from company annual and quarterly reports.
• Perform company-specific financial analysis to support fundamental data products.
• Extract, standardise, and validate financial statement data (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data delivered to client platforms.
• Work with financial reports in both German and English.
• Apply global accounting standards including GAAP and IFRS.
• Maintain and continuously improve data quality and processes.
• Manage workloads effectively to meet tight deadlines and service levels.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Fluency in German and English (written and verbal).
• Strong understanding of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in finance, data, or analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to process data with speed and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive and solutions-focused mindset.

Nice to have:

• Advanced Excel skills (e.g. lookups, pivot tables).
