Deputy Manager

Overview

We are looking for a Deputy Manager for our homes in Monmouthshire, NP7. This role offers challenge, growth, and purpose, and you will be part of the leadership team.

• Develop support plans and risk assessments
• Create and manage rota planning
• Recruit and develop team members
• Ensure safety of all residents and staff
• Motivate team with engaging ideas

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care
• Experience as Senior Support Worker, Team Leader or Deputy Manager
• Passion for supporting and inspiring people
