You will work at Ty Gwyn Hall, a rehabilitation and treatment service for individuals who have been diagnosed with a range of mental health conditions.

The Hospital is located in Abergavenny, South Wales and is within easy reach of the M4, M5 and national rail networks. The service supports referrals from across the country and our experienced multi‑disciplinary team has an excellent record in delivering positive outcomes to service users with a wide range of mental health diagnosis.
