Ernest-Gordon-Recruitment-Limited is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a manufacturing site in Abergavenny, Wales.
You will lead a team of over 20 engineers, schedule maintenance, and resolve issues while spending about 80% on planning and 20% on hands‑on tasks.
Hours are Mon–Thu 7:30am–5:30pm and Fri 4:30pm; overtime is paid at 1.5x and Sundays at 2x, with an OTE bonus potential. Reference BBBH
