Night Nurse (RGN/RMN) –

  36 – 48 hours per week, night shifts 7pm – 7am

An established nursing and residential home is seeking a Registered Nurse to take on a Nurse in Charge role on nights. You will lead a small night team, working alongside 2 carers to support 19 nursing residents within a 29‑bedded service providing nursing, residential, and dementia care.

• Take charge of the home on night shift
• Lead and support 2 care staff
• Deliver clinical care including venepuncture and general nursing skills
• Carry out clinical assessments, care planning and medication management
• Support residents with nursing, residential, and dementia care needs
• Maintain accurate records and ensure CIW compliance

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
• Venepuncture and strong general clinical skills
• Previous nursing home experience (preferred)
• Confident leading a shift and managing a small team
• Compassionate, reliable, and person‑centred approach
• Sponsorship not available
