Job OverviewWe are currently seeking highly motivated Registered Adult Nurses to work within Surgery, Medicine, Urgent Care and Community Divisions covering the full range of specialties throughout all Health Board sites. We care for our patients 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, so a flexible approach to work is required, including nights and weekend working, in some areas on a 12‑hour shift system or a three‑shift system.

Main duties of the job- Bank Registered Adult Nurse
- Support the Senior staff with the running of the medical ward on a shift‑by‑shift basis.
- Be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care.
- Work as a member of the multi‑disciplinary team.
- Develop an understanding of the requirements of the National Service Framework.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post;
