Veterinary Surgeon – Abergavenny, Wales (up to £65,000)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Vet Surgeon to join a local, successful and established small animal veterinary practice in the stunning Abergavenny area of Wales.

• Full‑time hours working 4 days a week, including some Saturday mornings on a rota and some in‑patient on‑call.
• Practice is established and successful with spacious, modern facilities and up‑to‑date equipment: DR X‑ray, dental X‑ray, ultrasound, laser therapy, blood gas machines, etc.
• Ideally a confident, first‑opinion, all‑round GP Vet.
• Join a team of 12 vets including certificate holders in Medicine and Radiology.
• Surgical mentorship available from cert AVP to enable development in advanced surgical procedures.
• Generous CPD and study for certificates supported.
• Abergavenny was named Best Place to Live in Wales by The Sunday Times – a fantastic place to live and work with the Brecon Beacons National Park on the doorstep.

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
• Registered with the RCVS.
• Confident, first‑opinion, all‑round GP Vet.

• Salary up to £65,000 per annum, reflecting your experience.
