A luxury wedding and events venue in Abergavenny is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join its kitchen leadership team. In this senior role, you will support the Head Chef, lead a high-performing brigade, and maintain exceptional food quality across events. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in a professional kitchen and a passion for delivering high-quality food under pressure.

This full-time position offers a salary of £42,000 per annum plus a bonus of up to 15%.
