Taff Housing is recruiting a Support Officer for Ty Parc in Abergavenny to provide purposeful, outcome-focused support to five care-experienced young people aged 16+. You’ll hold a caseload and lead on assessment, support planning and risk management while helping residents move toward independence.
You’ll line manage a small team of support staff, work in a psychologically informed way, take part in an on-call rota, and contribute to safeguarding, reviews and multi-disciplinary meetings.
