Taff Housing is seeking a compassionate Support Assistant for Ty Parc in Abergavenny. You will join a new service supporting five care-experienced young people aged 16+ to progress toward independent living, alongside a team of Support Officers.
We value trauma-informed care, safeguarding awareness, and the ability to work nights and flexible shifts to maintain 24/7 coverage. Training and supervision are provided as part of the role.
