TAFF is seeking a compassionate Support Assistant to join Ty Parc, our new supported accommodation in Abergavenny, working waking nights. You will help keep residents safe, supported, and moving towards independence with a person-centred, relationship-led approach.
From the outset you will work with care-experienced young people aged 16+, building trust, responding calmly to needs, and following support plans to promote wellbeing and progression in a psychologically informed environment.
