BCUHB North Wales currently has an opportunity for an Oral Health Educator to join the North Wales Oral Health Promotion team. The post holder will be a key facilitator for the delivery of the Gwên am Byth and Gwên Wen vulnerable adults programmes.
The role involves partnership working with care homes and other agencies involved in the care of vulnerable adults. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable, with English and/or Welsh speakers welcome to apply.
